This blog presents 39 steps (as 39 tweets), which accompany the publication of the book.

I wanted to write the conclusion to this book as 39 steps (with deference to John Buchan, Alfred Hitchcock, and Richard Hannay), written as 39 tweets. But my editor, Jai Seamen, wisely rejected the idea. She pointed out that tweets are only relatively enduring. Tomorrow there may be no Twitter.

In this blog I will start by adding height, and depth, and length, and breadth (with references) to 140 character micro blogs.

I welcome comment, observations, experiences, case studies, and argument to test and refine the ideas presented here.
